I'm a printer by trade but I've enjoyed playing around with my TiBook computer. As a printer, I see the computer as a valuable tool to aid in the speed of printing and publishing. However, I see the beginning of the end of the printed word on paper as we now know it. We appear to be slowly moving away from the printing press with its hazardous chemicals printed on a growing shortage of resources to a form of digital publishing; information displayed on your own personal computer. You are viewing what will possibly be a semblance of the future means of communicating with the printed word. Ain't it exciting? :-)
I've been experimenting with the Internet. I have written many people in far off, distant lands using IRC, IM, and e-mail and have received valuable news with the Usenet Newsgroups. I have even experimented with the WWW, both viewing and publishing. This page is one of my first endeavors. I hope to improve with each one that I do.
